A Record Setting Kick-off

AWcheney2dsFriday we welcomed Vice President Dick Cheney to Waco, Texas. The upcoming congressional election is of utmost importance to residents of Central Texas, and the White House knows this as well, since Central Texas is where the President calls home. The Friday fundraiser was the most successful vice-presidential fund raising event for a challenger throughout the nation. Thanks to many generous and concerned citizens in District 17, we raised well over $300,000 that will help campaign against the “Out of town, out of touch” liberal Chet Edwards. I have provided the full transcript of my remarks given to the over 400 in attendance at the event. In addition, please check back for more audio and video from the event in the coming days.signatureBM
